Jiya Se Jiya.....!

Hi Miss blog,,

Some of my "My favourite pics.." ,,had taken them to our excursion to a place called NARARA BET ,,,,or NARARA ISLAND ,,,,..a different post would do justice to it !!!!


By the way,,had my parents visiting my place i.e. JAMNAGAR ,,this weekend,,,

made them visit :

i.e

a.>> my workplace : RIL : the world's largest refinery,,here at jamnagar :- showed them its magnitude,

1. the state of the art Refinery control center ,
2. my desk, explained my dad what work RIL does,,and what part i am playing in it ,
3. showed them how the refinery works, the safety issues,,,,

Actually my dad has been an entrepreneur all his life,,,,and together with my mom : they have never seen an industry or an industry of this magnitude for that matter,,,My mom's excitement was quite visible,,,

((Thoda filmy style : : Would even get myself killed for that expression,,,,invaluable..and i mean it ..!!! ))

b.>> Made them visit our port where the huge crude cargo VESSELS STATION THEMSELVES.....luckily one of the vessels which was being filled with NAPTHA ,,the captain of the ship offered my DAD to have a look into the cargo,,,,,so together for the first time we saw the inside of a huge cargo,,:
1. their smoking room, the gymnasium,,their dining room...creativity room,,,captains room,,,the navigation pannel,,,the maps they follow and how they follow,,,,

the ship was from Korea i guess,,the captain was from philliphines,,,,,he inquired me about SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE<<<,, he wanted to see the film !!! c.>>they were in awe with the township,,,,enjoyed their stay here ..!

d.>> went to Dwarka with them ,,,,on HOLI day.,.,,,fantabulous,,,will post the pics later...>!!!

Overall i guess,,they enjoyed their stay here,,, had a good time with them ,!!!

On a personal level ,,,it was quite satisfying to show my parents where i work,,,,how the technology works and its advancement,,,,explaining them what work i do.....!!!


Gave mom some Hard cash from my salary for the first time,,,,and she started crying softly,,,aha again filmy style....,!!!

She just gave me a call,,that she has fixed deposited them at a bank as a memorabilia .....emotional atyachaar !!!
